What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver in MP4 (H.264/H.265), ProRes 422, MOV, and WebM as standard. Broadcast-specific formats (MXF, DNxHR) are available on request. Every deliverable includes a format specification sheet.
Can you handle projects outside Ireland?
Yes. We've delivered remote post-production for clients in the UK, Germany, and the US. For on-location shoots outside Ireland, we coordinate with vetted local crews and supervise remotely or travel as needed.
How does your live streaming infrastructure work?
We operate a redundant ingest pipeline using bonded cellular and hardline connections. Streams are encoded in real-time, pushed to a global CDN, and delivered via adaptive bitrate to your chosen platforms or a white-label player we configure for you.
What's included in a retainer?
Retainers are scoped monthly and typically include a fixed number of production days, editing hours, and distribution actions. Unused hours don't roll over, but we work with you to plan content calendars that maximise every allocation.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is stored securely for 90 days after final delivery and is available for download at no extra charge. Extended archival beyond 90 days can be arranged for a nominal storage fee.
